Mixed lettuce and fruit salad

Ingredients (4 persons):

  • 300 g of assorted lettuce leaves
  • burs
  • albaricoquesparaguayos
  • chives (chopped)
  • sunflower seeds
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt

Elaboration of the recipe Salad of mixed lettuce and fruit:

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry, chop and place them in a bowl.

Wash strawberries, apricots and flat peaches.

Cut the strawberries and apricots into small pieces and add them. Peel the flat peaches, chop and add them.

Finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the salad.

Heat a frying pan, add the seeds and toast them, let them warm up and sprinkle over the salad.

Season and dress with oil and vinegar.
