Tuna, tomato and onion sandwich

Ingredients (for 2 persons):

  • 2 breads with seeds for sandwiches
  • 2 small cans of canned tuna, uncooked
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • arugula

Tuna, tomato and onion sandwich recipe:

Cut the red onion into strips. Wash and slice the tomato.

To assemble the sandwich, open the breads and place the arugula first.

Then add the tuna covering the entire base, top with the onion and finally the tomato.

Trick:

If you wish to add a sauce, we recommend trying mustard or yogurt sauce.
