Avocado and shrimp timbale with a delicious ginger mustard dressing!

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 100 gr of cooked shrimp tails Aguinamar
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 pickled gherkins (small)
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • ginger (to taste)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil

Elaboration of the recipe Avocado and shrimp timbale:

Reserve some cooked shrimp tails Aguinamar to decorate the timbale and chop the remaining ones.

Cut the avocado into cubes and finely chop the gherkins, peeled tomato and onion. Chop the parsley and cilantro.
