Mango lassi, a traditional Indian drink

Ingredients (2 persons):

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 yogurt or kefir (125 gr)
  • 1/4 l cow's milk
  • a spoonful of sugar
  • salt
  • 1 cardamom
  • a pinch of turmeric

Elaboration of the mango lassi recipe:

To prepare the mango lassi, place the kefir (or yogurt) in a bowl. in an American glass and add a cardamom seed, the turmeric and the chopped mango.

Sprinkle with sugar and salt and mash well.

Serve the mango lassi in a glass.
